TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. GENERAL

Spiritual Flowing products are distributed by Concept Marketing.

2. ORDERS

Concept Marketing gladly accepts Visa, MasterCard, and ATM with visa logo. All orders are processed within approximately 2 - 3 business days, provided the items are in stock. If an item is out of stock, we will promptly notify the customer via email at the address provided.

3. SALES TAX

All orders delivered to California (CA) addresses will be charged the appropriate sales tax.

4. SHIPPING

Orders are shipped via U.S. Postal Service (USPS).  You can choose from the following:

Parcel Post (Ground) 2 - 9 Days
Priority Mail 2 - 3 Days
Express Mail Next Day Guaranteed

Shipping fees are calculated automatically from current USPS rate tables. Use the shipping calculator in the shopping cart to see actual rates.

5. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If you wish to return or exchange an item, you must contact us within 15 days of receipt of the item. Please be aware that shipping is non-refundable unless we send you the wrong item or it is damaged during shipping. If you order the wrong size t-shirt, we will be happy to exchange it for a new size; however, you will be responsible for shipping the shirt back to Concept Marketing along with a check or money order for $6. for return shipping and handling.

All returns and exchanges must be in saleable condition, with original materials and packing. We strongly encourage you to use the tracking service through USPS (Priority Mail) when returning merchandise to us (or use UPS for tracking purposes). Keep your tracking number in a safe place in case the location of a package is in question. We are not responsible for items lost in transit. If the package is lost in transit by the US Postal Service or UPS, you will need to file a claim with them.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable items.

Instructions for Returns:

Simply email the following information to returns@SpiritualFlowing.com

    1. Your full name, address, and phone number.

    2. The name and address where the merchandise was shipped.

    3. The item(s) you wish to return/exchange and the reason(s) for the return/exchange.

We will contact you within 24-48 business hours (Monday-Friday) and give you a Return Authorization Number (RMA) and an address where you can return the item. If you are exchanging an item, the new item will be sent to you upon receipt of the original item.

6. PRIVACY POLICY

Concept Marketing is sensitive to the privacy concerns of visitors to its web site. As a general policy, we hold all information we collect in the strictest confidence. All information that may be collected in connection with visitors to this site is retained by Concept Marketing and is not sold, transferred or otherwise disclosed outside the company, except where disclosure is required by law. Any information collected will not be released to third parties.
